Below is sampling of some past cases we successfully resolved in Federal Court.

Case #: No Case Number
Federal Identity Theft and Bank Fraud case in the Southern District of Florida. Client was not a United States citizen and the Government thought she was a flight risk but was still able to secure a bond. After reviewing the facts and proving that my client had nothing to do with the matter, the Government dismissed the case before arraignment.

Case #: No Case Number
Client was under investigation for IRS issues and enlisted the help of Attorney David Seltzer. During an IRS investigation, the Criminal Investigation Division of the IRS conducts a criminal investigation of alleged violations of the Bank Secrecy Act, the Internal Revenue Code and other money laundering statutes. The findings of these investigations are reported to the Department of Justice for recommended prosecution, but no charges were ever filed against the client.
Result: Attorney David Seltzer effectively protected the client during an IRS investigation and no charges were filed.

12 XXXX - Federal Criminal - Client charged by complaint with possession and receipt of child pornography in violation of 18 USC 2252A. Presumption is detained pending trial. At detention hearing was able to over come the presumption and show the court my client is not a danger to the community and there are suitable conditions to ensure his appearance and protect the community. Court ordered signature bond and released client with special conditions.
